4.) Shipping Time (Delivery / Receipt):

Once the availability of the products you have selected is checked, shipments are made within 24 hours from the day of your order , and will be sent by City courier, for the fastest delivery to your place (in 2 to 3 days respectively in the area you are in & in all remote areas up to 5 days).
Rarely there may be a delay in the order, which can last from 24 to 72 hours and due to peak periods (eg 10 day offers, Discounts, Black Friday), or additional product control. The hours and the reasons for the delay of the order are indicative.

5.) Return / Change / Replacement

Σε κάθε περίπτωση ο πελάτης μπορεί να επικοινωνήσει με το κατάστημα τηλεφωνικά ή με το info@alldayfashion.gr μέσω e-mail για ρύθμιση της διαδικασίας αποστολής, έχοντας το δικαίωμα να επιλέξει κάποιο διαφορετικό προϊόν ίσης η μεγαλύτερης αξίας. Στην περίπτωση που ο πελάτης θελήσει να κάνει αλλαγή για δεύτερη συνεχή φορά στο ίδιο προϊόν, θα επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα επιστροφής κ αποστολής και θα εκτελείται πάντα με τον φορέα που συνεργαζόμαστε η οποία είναι η ELTA Ταχυδρομείο.
